Kuwait’s Independent Petroleum Group (IPG) secured two oil construction contracts in Sudan and Mozambique with a combined value of around $50 million.

IPG said in a bourse statement that the project in Port Sudan on the Red Sea includes the construction of oil storage tanks valued at nearly $30 million.

It said the second contract involves building LPG tanks in Matola, near the capital Maputo.

It added that the two projects will positively impact the company’s revenues and performance in the medium and long term.
